A. Impact Framework
The project follows the IMPACT DESIGN and principles of sustainable resource management and the circular economy, applying indicators focused on waste reduction, reuse, social impact, local community engagement, and responsible handling of furniture and household items and support in cases of hoarding disorder.
Mission Statement and Purpose
Sprazni Gnezdo was founded with the mission to:
- reduce waste by enabling the reuse of furniture and household items,
- simplify the process of clearing properties for individuals and families,
- support people dealing with Hoarding Disorder through respectful, structured, and non-judgmental approaches,
- assist in complex and sensitive situations involving excessive accumulation, including coordination with families and professionals when needed,
- support people in emotionally and logistically challenging situations (relocations, inheritances, property sales),
- promote sustainable handling of materials and belongings,
- support local communities through donations of usable items,
- create a system where items are given a second life instead of ending up as waste,
- raise awareness about the value of reuse, responsible consumption, and the challenges of hoarding behavior.
The organization’s purpose is to address environmental and social challenges: excessive disposal of usable items, lack of simple solutions for clearing spaces, the complexity of hoarding-related situations, and the need for more sustainable resource management.

Profit Allocation Policy
A significant share of profits is reinvested into service development, logistics improvements, expansion of partner networks, and support for sustainable and socially responsible initiatives, including better handling of complex hoarding cases, while also enabling people to access useful items and creating practical pathways for these items to be redistributed rather than discarded.
