Scheduling a Viewing

We will schedule a free viewing of the property either on site or online and we will inspect all the factors that might affect the fees.

Creating a Quote

On the basis of your requirements and the viewing of the property, we will send you a fixed price quote within 24 hours. Once the quote is accepted, we can sign the contract.

Clearing the Property

On the agreed date and time, our team will clear out your property and handle the removal of any unneeded items.

Charity & Recycling

Useful items will be recycled or reused, while items past their useful life will be properly disposed of.

    First we will have an initial consultation with you over the phone or email to see how we can assist you with the clearance process. Normally, we would then view the property or check out the pictures or video you send us and prepare a quote. Once the quote is accepted and the contract signed, we can set the exact date of clearance.
    We can offer a quote and service outline based on property inspection and your instructions, or on the basis of photos or videos detailing the property situation.
    The total price depends on several factors, including the property’s location, access (stairs or elevator), quantity and type of items or waste for clearance, and time available. The quoted price is fixed, with no hidden costs.
    Yes, we provide clearance services throughout Slovenia, and occasionally abroad.
    The time taken to complete a clearance depends on the property size as well as on the quantity, location, floor and type of waste. When we inspect the property and give you a quote, we can also estimate the time needed to complete the service.
    If you need the property to be cleared on a particular date, it is advisable to book the date as soon as possible, or at least one week beforehand. If you are dealing with an emergency, or if a slot opens up in our schedule, we may be able to start working the next day.
    Our clearance services are subject to a fee and we do not accept payment in kind. If you wish to donate your unwanted items, we will make sure they reach the right people.
    For each item removed, we decide whether it is suitable for reuse. If that is the case, the item is donated or restored. Clothes, bed linen, large electric appliances, and other household items can be donated to the vulnerable, socially isolated people and families, individuals, societies and institutes that gratefully accept donations that relieve their financial burden. Our partners include charities (Humanitarček, Red Cross, Kralji ulice, Center Iris) and other organisations that help us find and transfer the items and furniture to the people in need.
    Sure, we don't need you to be at the property for the clearance. What we need from you are clear instructions and a signed contract. You can leave everything else to us. When the work is done, we will give you a call to schedule a joint inspection or send you pictures of the emptied spaces for confirmation.
    Once you have accepted our quote, we will sign a contract. The contract protects you and us, and binds both parties to observe the agreed deadlines and payment terms.
